• Secret Lair is Collaborating with PlayStation for an Upcoming Superdrop

    Wizards of the Coast has built a reputation for being willing to team up with a multitude of different fandoms to make unique Magic cards.  As announced by Daily MTG, an upcoming Secret Lair Superdrop will do just that by collaborating with PlayStation, bringing multiple games to life in Magic: The Gathering.

    Last weekend at the MagicCon Atlanta Preview Panel, fans of Magic: The Gathering were treated to a lot of information about upcoming sets like Lorwyn Eclipsed and The Hobbit as well as a holiday set expansion for Final Fantasy.  In addition to all of that, a large Superdrop was announced for October that appeals to fans of Spooky Season. As reported by Daily MTG, the Secret Scare Superdrop includes 10 individual drops that appeal to a wide variety of players and multiple fandoms.

    It’s no secret that as time goes on, prices go up.  Such is the case with Magic: The Gathering in its upcoming Multiverse sets. Announced first on Daily MTG by Mike Turian and Jubilee Finnegan, and as reported by Alex Atkin at MTG Rocks, Wizards of the Coast is increasing the price of two of their products in January 2026 when Lorwyn Eclipsed is released.
